Order: Orders may be placed all days. Additions can be made to existing orders if we have not the final confirmation.we require a minimum order of USD$1000.00. and 100 Kg of weight . 
Payment. Once take your order, we generate a pre-invoice, you will have to make the payment over the pre-invoice value, the delivery process begin once confirmed the bank transfer
Once we have all the fishes ordered for you or final changes, we generate the final Invoice. Remember Fish  availability could change 20% in your order process.
 The money has to be sent by  Bank Transfer (Account) or Western union transfer.

Delivery time:, Starting for the transfer confirmation, our company need a time between 10 – 15 days with the objective of make your airfreight booking and fill all the necessary documents for the exportation. If you need some special document for the fish arrive to your country, please let us Know. Our delivery days is Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

 Shipment: We offer arrive to your airport as is possible, Our staff trace all movements of your shipment to insure its safe arrival to you. We will mail you in advance, giving you the airline and airway bill number to help you trace also. We work with airlines like (Lufthansa, Air France, American airlines and Delta airlines) for offer to you a good handle product.

Freight Cost: Our prices is F.O.B and Collect payment for Freight cost in destine country , Due to seasonal availability and changing freight and currency rates, all prices are subject to fluctuation.

 Claims: D.O.A. will be restore on next delivery , we let 24 hours for DOA report attached picture for vericate it
Superior mortalities than 10% must be reported to us within 5 hours after shipment arrival. All reasonable claims will be take care.
Packing: This packing assures the arrival of the fish under good conditions. The weight of the box  is (16Kg - 20Kg) double box.

1. Double Box Colombian Type (Styrofoam box) with tow or four polyrthylene bags. Dimension 66x43x45.
